Aged And Disabled Waiver

These services provide additional assistance with Activities of daily Living that become necessary when a person is no longer able to complete these tasks on their own. These services include incontinent care, bathing, grooming, dressing, transferring and ambulation. We can also provide assistance with hoyer lift and colostomy or foley catheter care when deemed medically necessary by a physician. In addition we can provide homemaking services which include meal preparation, shopping, light housekeeping and laundry.
