Ongoing assessments and supervisory visits are conducted by a nurse for our clients at no additional charge. This allows us to monitor client needs, make recommendations on the level or amount of care provided, keep family members informed and ensure ongoing safety for our clients.
Trevor and Elaine opened their agency in March of 2003 and with the help and guidance of John Rainey form the Small Business Development Center at Clark University, they were approved for an SBA loan and line of credit in July 2003.
They are licensed by the Division of Occupational Safety and Registered by the Department of Health.
Independence Healthcare is a member of the Massachusetts Council for Home Care Aides, The Worcester Chamber of Commerce and the National Association of Private Duty Aides.

We communicate regularly with family members, at no additional cost. We have been working in home health care for over 15 years.
We design a custom care plan that addresses your needs. We provide a free nursing assessment to determine what is right for you and or your family member. We only require a 2 hour minimums for services delivery.
